RITA BRIDAL (ABN:26 115 144 935) is Australian owned and operated.

Rita Bridal reserves the right to refund any orders due to fraud risk, technical error or reasons we consider valid. Customers will be notified of refunds. 


SHIPPING METHOD
Our system is integrated with Australia Post to ensure automated despatch notifications including tracking information (domestic only) and proof of delivery signatures, along with real time shipping calculations based on destination, products purchased and shipping method chosen. We ship to the address placed in checkout - not your PayPal address (if PayPal is used).

We offer a range of shipping methods, both domestic and internationally - including standard, express & international standard.

Shipping is not insured. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the care of the postal service, Rita Bridal is not responsible for delays, loss or damage in transit. However, we will always assist where possible with enquiries lodged with Australia Post.

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

Standard Shipping

  • Victoria: 1–2 business days

  • NSW / South Australia / Tasmania / ACT: 2–3 business days

  • Queensland: 4–5 business days

  • WA / NT: 5–9 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

International Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing

Please note:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer, we’ll always do our best to ship promptly and appreciate your patience.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a refund or a suitable alternative.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated in real time, at the time of checkout. We can not provide you with estimates. Costs are based on product/s purchased, delivery address, and shipping method chosen. Costs are in $AUD. You can use xe.com to approximate the conversion rate to your local currency.


IMPORT TAXES/DUTY FEES
For orders sent outside of Australia, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country. For more information please contact your local customs office. The majority of our orders are not affected by import taxes, but we must outline that this can be a possibility.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind vintage garment, carefully sourced and described, and often irreplaceable.

We strongly encourage you to review all photographs, descriptions, and listed measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about fit, condition, or styling, we’re always happy to help prior to checkout - please do not hesitate to send us an email at hello@ritabridal.com.au.

In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered, and returned within an agreed timeframe. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

This policy allows us to continue curating rare and special vintage pieces with care and transparency, and we thank you for your understanding.


DISCOUNTS
Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are offered for various promotional activities such as marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programs, or special occasions. Discount codes typically cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to revoke discount codes or take necessary action in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of discount codes, including but not limited to sharing codes without authorisation or creating fraudulent accounts. This is not limited to the changing of email addresses when the customer resides at the same address.

PLEASE NOTE - If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any costs after a sale has been finalised. All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.


GIFT CARDS
Please note that your Gift Card is not a promotional code. To redeem your Gift Card, you must enter the serial number in the payment section. If your Gift Card does not cover the value of the item you wish to purchase, you can add additional funds to complete the order payment through the other payment gateways available. Please note you will need to enter your Gift Card number first for the website to accept the amount.

A Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

CURRENCY 
As an Australian Based company all of our Credit Card transactions are processed in $AUD.
